Funache is flavored with all manner of shenanigans. I use just about everything you can find in a liquor store, as well as a vast array of extracts, candies and spices.
I cannot work with delicate or slight flavors, like those of vodka, white wine and champagne. They simply cannot compete with the chocolate.
